Fees and Cancellation Policy

Having been on the receiving end of many a rushed holistic treatment in the past, I chose to run my practice within a much more relaxed framework. I take no more than four clients in any one day to allow adequate time for your treatment and to allow you to ask any questions you may have or for me to offer any additional advice without the pressure of another client waiting outside.

Your first consultation usually lasts up to 2 hours to include required paperwork and costs £100.00. Any subsequent treatments are offered at an hourly rate of £50.00. This ensures that you receive the best possible treatment to suit your needs.

First appointment payments may be requested 48 hours in advance. Subsequent appointment payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer as we agree between us. At present I do not accept debit and credit cards.

I am also pleased to discuss other time and costing options that may be appropriate for you, for example a half day booking to cover all the family or a corporate day rate to help the wellbeing of your staff.

As my clinic is not on the ground floor, if mobility is an issue for you, I can offer treatments in the comfort of your own home within a reasonable distance – access and practicality permitting. However, I do like to encourage clients away from the home environment so they can obtain maximum benefit from their appointment.

Many Health Insurance Companies now include holistic therapy in the range of treatments they cover, including:

• Sovereign

Every health insurance plan offers varying contributions to the treatments that they cover, so please check with your provider and refer to your policy for details. For more information please contact me.

Cancellation policy

I make a commitment to your booking and therefore I respectfully ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. Missed appointments or late cancellations deny others a chance of an appointment. With this in mind, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cost of 100% of the treatment charge. This is a fair policy designed to ensure that treatment costs remain as low as possible for ALL of my clients.

Gift Vouchers
